Firebird’s Wood Fired Grill’s chip basket with lobster spinach queso is a great way to start your meal. It is made with fresh baby spinach, real lobster meat, tomatoes, and pepper Jack cheese. Other great starters include Philly cheesesteak egg rolls, smoked chicken wings, and bacon deviled eggs.
The Greens menu will please vegetable lovers. It includes Colorado chicken salad, grilled salmon salad, seared tuna salad with superfood ingredients, and the savory-sweet shrimp and strawberry salad. For a simple but filling meal, go with one of their salad and soup combos.

If salads are more your thing, try the Magical, a magnificent combination of Arcadian greens, pecans, dried cranberries, provolone cheese cubes, romaine hearts, Kalamata olives, cucumber, Romano cheese, balsamic vinaigrette, and pepper Boulevard dressing. For your main dish, consider the tuna tataki plate, an interesting seared and sliced sushi-grade ahi tuna plate with pickled ginger and unagi glaze.

Their classic sandwich menu includes a 6-ounce strip steak sandwich, a hot sausage sandwich, a meatball splash sandwich, chili dogs, a pepper and egg sandwich, and many more. Trax offers 9-inch and 12-inch pizzas with your choice of toppings. Topping options include roasted peppers, mushrooms, chicken, diced potatoes, greens, green peppers, onions, sausage, pepperoni, olives, bacon, and a few cheese options.
