It also roams Youngstown routinely, so you may spot it in a variety of parking lots around town.
The menu is fairly extensive for a food truck. You’ll find hearty burgers made to order with over two dozen toppings to choose from. Your options include caramelized onions, poblano peppers, bacon, mushrooms, chipotle mayo, wasabi mustard, and five different types of cheese. You can even add pulled pork or chili to your burger. For something a little different, try the lamb burger topped with tzatziki sauce, lettuce, mayo, tomato, and onion.
The selection of hot dogs and fries is equally impressive. You can get a chili dog, slaw dog, southern dog, devil dog, Chicago dog, or corn dog. If regular fries just won’t cut it, try Buffalo fries with wing sauce, blue cheese, and bacon or the Southern fries topped with pulled pork, cheese, and barbecue sauce. The Irish fries are an original option with ranch dressing, nacho cheese, scallions, and bacon.
Other menu options include Philly steak and cheese sandwiches, gyros, deep-fried pretzels, gumbo, cheese sticks, and more. If you have a sweet tooth, finish off your feast with freshly made brownies. This food truck really does it all.

Moink BBQ & Catering
Moink BBQ boasts the “only real wood-smoked BBQ around.” The tender meat is smoked for hours to give you the richest flavor possible. If you want memorable barbecue for your event, Moink BBQ is the way to go. In addition to onsite and drop-off catering, Moink also operates a food truck that you can typically catch at 1922 East Midlothian. The truck may also travel to other spots around town.
The menu includes a full range of slow-cooked meats. The slow-smoked pulled pork is among the most coveted menu items, cooked for 16 hours and served only lightly sauced so you don’t miss any of the smoky flavor. The boneless, skinless turkey breast is smoked for six hours.
The Texas-style brisket is so flavorful it doesn’t need anything but salt and pepper. The Texas-style hot link sausage features ground brisket and pork-butt trimmings for a rich flavor. The St. Louis and baby back ribs are smoked for six hours, seasoned with a super-sweet rub, and tossed with mouthwatering, candy-sweet sauce to finish. Another juicy pick is the Poor Man’s prime rib. This slow-smoked roast beef is sliced thin and served medium-rare with an au jus sauce.
Fill out your meal with smoked barbecue baked beans, coleslaw, potato salad, macaroni and cheese, corn on the cob, garlic roasted potatoes, mac and cheese balls, and more. The truck even serves appetizers like smoked bacon-wrapped jalapeno peppers or smoked bacon-wrapped meatballs. When you’re craving that thick smoky flavor, Moink has what you’re after.
